Food Security Value Chains definition

Food Security Value Chains means the value chains associated with the agricultural production and distribution of rice, aquaculture (fish), maize and livestock (and any other value chain agreed from time to time by the Association).

Related to Food Security Value Chains

  • Security Value means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Bank whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Bank) which is, at any relevant time, the aggregate of (i) the market value of the Mortgaged Ships as most recently determined in accordance with clause 8.2.2 and (ii) the market value of any additional security for the time being actually provided to the Bank pursuant to clause 8.2;

  • Bid Security means the bid security provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with the Request for Proposal, and which is to remain in force until substituted by the Performance Security;

  • Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers means such Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Dealers as the Corporation may from time to time appoint or, in lieu of any thereof, their respective affiliates or successors.

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Mature marijuana plant means a marijuana plant that is not an immature marijuana plant.

  • Collateral Management Fee The fee payable to the Collateral Manager in arrears on each Payment Date pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Collateral Management Agreement and Section 11.1 hereof, comprised of (x) the Base Management Fee and (y) the Subordinated Management Fee.

  • Proved Developed Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Producing” in the Definitions, “Proved Developed Nonproducing Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Nonproducing” in the Definitions, and “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.

  • Applicant’s Qualified Property means the Qualified Property of the Applicant to which the value limitation identified in the Agreement will apply and as more fully described in EXHIBIT 4 of this Agreement.

  • Designated Security Consultant means an employee of a security firm under contract with Us or Our assistance provider who is experienced in security and measures necessary to ensure the safety of the Covered Person(s) in his or her care.

  • Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.
