Forced Sale Value definition

Forced Sale Value means as regards an Issuer, the value specified as such in that Issuer’s Additional Terms, being the value determined for the purpose of the Specified Issuer exercising its rights in Part D;
Forced Sale Value means as regards –
Forced Sale Value means the value of a Sasol Inzalo Ordinary Share determined by Sasol in accordance with the formula set out in Annexure B;

  • If the term of this Agreement is extended beyond such initial one (1) year term as provided in Section 3(a) hereof, the Forced Sale Value of the Interests shall be determined annually by an independent third-party appraiser selected by the Issuer.

More Definitions of Forced Sale Value

Forced Sale Value means the 5 (five) day volume weighted average price of a Sasol BEE Ordinary Share, being the total value of the Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares traded for that period divided by the total number of the Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares traded for that period. In the event of any corporate action, the value will be adjusted appropriately if required;”
Forced Sale Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(e) of this Agreement.
Forced Sale Value or “FSV” means the value which reflects the possibility of price fluctuations and can be realized by selling the mortgaged, pledged, leased or collaterally held assets in forced or distressed sale conditions;
Forced Sale Value means with respect to any real property at any time the Canadian Dollar Amount of the value of such property determined pursuant to a current appraisal (conducted by an independent appraiser satisfactory to Required Lenders acting reasonably) on a short term forced sale basis, net of selling expenses and the amount of all liens against such property ranking or capable of ranking senior to or pari passu with the financing arrangements against such property that secure the Obligations.
Forced Sale Value means the value of a Sasol BEE Ordinary Share determined by Sasol in accordance with the formula set out in Annexure 17(1);
Forced Sale Value means the 5 (five) day volume weighted average price of a New SOLBE1 Share, being the total value of the New SOLBE1 Shares traded for that period divided by the total number of the New SOLBE1 Shares traded for that period. In the event of any corporate action, the value will be adjusted appropriately if required;
Forced Sale Value means the value assigned to the equity interest subject to a Forced Sale Agreement, as set forth in and pursuant to the terms of the applicable Forced Sale Agreement.
