Forecasted System Growth definition

Forecasted System Growth means for any year (i) the Average Asset Growth Multiple multiplied by (ii) the forecasted growth of the nominal gross domestic product for the relevant country (Chile or Colombia, as the case may be) for such year, as forecasted by the International Monetary Fund in the World Economic Outlook (published in October of the preceding year).
Forecasted System Growth means for any year (i) the Average Asset Growth Multiple multiplied by (ii) the forecasted growth of the nominal gross domestic product for Chile for such year, as forecasted by the International Monetary Fund in the World Economic Outlook (published in October of the preceding year); and (IV) “Average Asset Growth Multiple” means for any year: (a) the average of the annual growth rate of the aggregate consolidated total assets of the three (3) largest privately-owned banks (measured in terms of total assets) in Chile (excluding the Company), in each of the three full years immediately preceding such year published by the Chilean Superintendencia de Bancos e Instituciones Financieras, divided by (b) the average of the annual growth rate of the nominal gross domestic product of Chile in each of the three full years immediately preceding such year as published by the Banco Central de Chile.

Related to Forecasted System Growth

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Metric means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the individual Named User category and type (and corresponding Named User definition setting for such Named User’s use rights) as further described in Section 2.1 hereof -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the individual business metric corresponding with each Package as further described in Section 2.2 hereof;

  • Quantitative fit test or "QNFT" means an assessment of the adequacy of respirator fit by numerically measuring the amount of leakage into the respirator.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period, the Supplier Profit for the relevant period divided by the total Charges over the same period in respect of any Call Off Agreements and expressed as a percentage;

  • Usage Metric means the standard of measurement for determining the permitted use and calculating the fees due for a Cloud Service as set forth in an Order Form.

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or "PEMS" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, pounds per hour) on a continuous basis.

  • Vehicle measuring attitude means the position of the vehicle as defined by the co-ordinates of fiducial marks in the three-dimensional reference system.

  • Year 2000 Compliance has the meaning set forth in section 17.29 of the Management Agreement.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Year 2000 Compliant means, with respect to the Company's Information Technology, that the Information Technology is designed to be used prior to, during and after the calendar Year 2000, and the Information Technology used during each such time period will accurately receive, provide and process date and time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into and between the 20th and 21st centuries, including the years 1999 and 2000, and leap-year calculations, and will not malfunction, cease to function, or provide invalid or incorrect results as a result of the date or time data, to the extent that other information technology, used in combination with the Information Technology, properly exchanges date and time data with it. The Company has delivered to the Buyers true and correct copies of all analyses, reports, studies and similar written information, whether prepared by the Company or another party, relating to whether the Information Technology is Year 2000 Compliant, if any.

  • Market segment means the portion of the market covering one (1) of the
