Foreclosure COC. As defined in Section 22.2(iii).
Foreclosure COC. As defined in Section 22.2(iii)(d). Foreclosure Purchaser: As defined in Section 31.1. GAAP: Generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied in the preparation of financial statements, as in effect from time to time (except with respect to any financial ratio defined or described herein or the components thereof, for which purposes GAAP shall refer to such principles as in effect as of the Commencement Date). Foreclosure COC has the meaning set forth in Section 22.2(c)(iv).
Examples of Foreclosure COC in a sentence
After giving effect to any such assignment, unless the context otherwise requires, references to Tenant and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Parent hereunder shall be deemed to refer to the Foreclosure Transferee and its Parent Company (which must be a Qualified Transferee and deliver a Guaranty to Landlord prior to effectuating such Foreclosure Assignment or Foreclosure COC), as applicable.
