The export made by the Company is normally supported by 100% advance payment from the overseas customers or backed by Foreign Letter of Credit issued by their bankers in favor of the Company and sometimes executed in Indian currency only.
Upon the issuance of any Foreign Letter of Credit or amendment or modification to a Foreign Letter of Credit, the Issuing Bank shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent and each Lender with a Foreign Revolving Commitment of such issuance, or amendment or modification and the amount of such Lender’s respective participation in such Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 2.04(e).
