Forest Community definition

Forest Community means any of the forest communities identified in Attachment 6 of this Agreement.
Forest Community means any of the 50 forest communities identified in Attachment 6 of this Agreement.

Related to Forest Community

  • Common interest community means a condominium, cooperative, or other real property with respect to which a person, by virtue of the person's ownership of a parcel of real property, is obligated to pay property taxes or insurance premiums, or for maintenance, or improvement of other real property described in a recorded covenant that creates the common interest community.

  • Rural community ’ means any city having a population of fewer than 50,000 or except as otherwise provided, any unincorporated area. Unincorporated areas within any county having a population of more than 100,000 are not eligible; and
