FOREX REQUEST means a request for a Utilisation of the Revolving Credit Facility for the sale or purchase of a Foreign Currency substantially in the form set out in Part IV of Schedule 3.
L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).
Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.
Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
Bona Fide Request (BFR) is the process described in the applicable Appendix UNE.
Funding Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(a).
Bid Request means a written request for one or more Bid Loans substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.
Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
Data Subject Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.
Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
Third Party Request means a written request from any third party for disclosure of Personal Data where compliance with such request is required or purported to be required by law or regulation.
Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.
Purchase Request or "purchase requisition" means that document whereby a using

Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
Request means the Client's order to the Company to obtain a quote. Such a request shall not constitute an obligation to make a transaction.
Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.
