Former Activities definition

Former Activities means all manner of mining operations carried on, at or under the Company Real Property and all activities of any nature reasonably ancillary thereto, including, without limitation, mining, milling and mineral exploration activities.
Former Activities means all exploration, development, mining and related operations carried on, at, under, or associated with the Purchased Assets including, without limitation, the Properties and all activities of any nature ancillary thereto;
