Former Adient Group Employee definition

Former Adient Group Employee means (a) each individual who is a former employee of Xxxxxxx Controls or any of its former Subsidiaries as of the Effective Time whose most recent employment with Xxxxxxx Controls was primarily dedicated to the Adient Business, and (b) each individual who is identified on Schedule 1.01(a)(ii)(A) hereto, but excluding (c) each individual who is identified on Schedule 1.01(a)(ii)(B) hereto.

  • In no event shall any Adient Group Employee or Former Adient Group Employee be entitled to any payments under the Xxxxxxx Controls Short-Term Incentive Plans for any period after the 2016 fiscal year of Xxxxxxx Controls.
