Former Gulf South Properties means the former Gulf South gathering facilities located in Shelby, Panola and Xxxxxxxx Counties, Texas and Caddo Parish, Louisiana, which are generally depicted on the System Map, and which were acquired by DCP Midstream, LP or its Affiliates on March 31, 2005.
