Former Interval Employee definition
Former Interval Employee means any individual who as of the Effective Time is a former employee of the IAC Group, the TM Group, the Interval Group, the HSN Group or the Tree Group, and whose last employment with any such group, was with an Interval Entity.
Examples of Former Interval Employee in a sentence
Any employment agreement between IAC and an Interval Employee or Former Interval Employee shall as of the Effective Time be assigned by IAC to Interval and assumed by Interval.
As soon as practicable following Interval’s reasonable belief that an Interval Employee or Former Interval Employee has breached any such covenant, Interval shall provide IAC in writing with the name and address of such employee or former employee and a description of the breach that such employee or former employee is believed to have committed.
