Tree Group definition

Tree Group means Tree Spinco, the Tree Entities and each other Person (other than any member of any other Group) that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Tree Spinco immediately after the Effective Time, and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary of Tree Spinco after the Effective Time.

  • CVC means Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd., a New York corporation.

  • Comparator Group is defined as the following nine U.S. based carriers including, AirTran Airways, Inc., Alaska Air Group, Inc., AMR Corporation, Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., JetBlue Airways Corporation, Southwest Airlines Co., US Airways Group, Inc. and UAL Corporation.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Assignee Group means two or more Eligible Assignees that are Affiliates of one another or two or more Approved Funds managed by the same investment advisor.
