Founding Documents means and refer to the Articles of Incorporation of the Association, this Declaration, the Supplementary Declara- tions, or amendments to this Declaration, and the Bylaws of the Association, all as initially drawn by the Developer and filed or recorded as the case may be, and all as may be duly amended from time to time.
