Founding Documents definition

Founding Documents means the Bylaws and Articles of Association of the
Founding Documents means the Constitutive Act of the African Union adopted on July 11, 2000, and the Statutes of the African Union Commission adopted July 2002, as such documents may be amended from time to time.
Founding Documents means this Declaration, the Articles, the Bylaws and any and all Rules and Regulations, each as they may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.
