Ruling Documents definition

Ruling Documents means the Ruling and the Ruling Request.
Ruling Documents means (i) the request for a Ruling filed with the IRS, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted on behalf of Dell Technologies, its subsidiaries and shareholders to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Ruling issued by the IRS to Dell Technologies (or any Dell Technologies Affiliate) in connection with a Distribution and (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Taxing Authority in connection with a Distribution.
Ruling Documents means the Ruling Request, the appendices, attachments and exhibits thereto, and any additional or supplemental information submitted to the IRS in connection with the Ruling Request.

  • One Member Trustee shall be elected by the AANR-East membership pursuant to AANR Ruling Documents.

More Definitions of Ruling Documents

Ruling Documents means the Private Letter Ruling, plus all of the materials submitted to the Service in connection with obtaining such ruling.
Ruling Documents means (a) the request for the Ruling submitted to the Service, together with the appendices and exhibits thereto and any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted to the Service, in connection with the Distribution (and any related transactions) or (b) any similar filings submitted to any other Tax Authority in connection with the Distribution (and any related transactions).
Ruling Documents means (a) the request for a Ruling filed with the IRS, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted on behalf of Xxxx Foods, Xxxx Foods Affiliates and shareholders to the IRS, or on behalf of WhiteWave, WhiteWave Affiliates and shareholders to the IRS and the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Ruling issued by the IRS to Xxxx Foods (or any Xxxx Foods Affiliate) or WhiteWave (or any WhiteWave Affiliate) in connection with the Transactions described in the Separation and Distribution Agreement and (b) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Tax Authority in connection with the Transactions described in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Ruling Documents means the request for a ruling under Section 355 and various other Sections of the Code filed with the IRS in connection with the Distribution, together with any supplemental filings or ruling requests or other materials subsequently submitted to the IRS on behalf of Parent, its subsidiaries and shareholders to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any rulings issued by the IRS to Parent in connection with the Distribution.
Ruling Documents means (i) the request for a Ruling filed with the IRS, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted on behalf of Xxxxxx, its Affiliates and shareholders to the IRS, or on behalf of Spinco, its Affiliates and shareholders to the IRS the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Ruling issued by the IRS to Xxxxxx (or any Xxxxxx Affiliate) or Spinco (or any Spinco Affiliate) in connection with the Distribution and (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Tax Authority in connection with the Distribution.
Ruling Documents means (i) the request for the Initial IRS Ruling, filed with the IRS in connection with the Separation and Distribution, together with any supplemental filings or requests for Supplemental Ruling or other materials subsequently submitted on behalf of Equifax, its subsidiaries and shareholders to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any rulings issued by the IRS to Equifax in connection with the Separation and Distribution or (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Tax Authority in connection with the Separation or Distribution.
Ruling Documents means (i) the request for a Ruling filed with the IRS, together with any supplemental filings or other materials subsequently submitted to the IRS, the appendices and exhibits thereto, and any Ruling issued by the IRS to SAP (or any SAP Affiliate) in connection with an Internal Distribution, External Distribution or both and (ii) any similar filings submitted to, or rulings issued by, any other Taxing Authority in connection with an Internal Distribution, External Distribution or both.
