Fourplex Dwelling definition

Fourplex Dwelling means a building which consists of two (2) attached duplex dwellings, or a building containing only two storeys exclusive of basement, divided vertically into four (4) dwelling units with either one or two complete walls in common with adjoining units and an independent entrance, either directly or through a common vestibule.
Fourplex Dwelling means a building that is divided horizontally and/or vertically into four separate dwelling units but does not include a converted dwelling or a townhouse dwelling

Fourplex Dwelling means a building that has four dwelling units, with at least one dwelling unit entirely or partially above another. A single detached, semi-detached or townhouse dwelling that has one or more additional residential units is not a fourplex;
