Fourth Mezzanine Borrower definition

Fourth Mezzanine Borrower means, collectively, the entities set forth on Schedule XVI hereto, each a Delaware limited liability company, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns. As used herein, the term “Fourth Mezzanine Borrower” shall mean one of the Fourth Mezzanine Borrowers individually, or the Fourth Mezzanine Borrowers collectively, as the context shall require.
