Framework Cooperation Agreement means agreements, acceptable to ADB, between each Entrusted Bank and SFHG that addresses the following matters and attaches agreed contracts or templates where appropriate: (i) Entrusted loans, (ii) Cofinancing by Entrusted Bank, (iii) Entrusted Bank’s role as consortium lead bank, (iv) Operation of cross-defaults to Subproject Agreements, and (v) Project-related accounts and their operation.
