Examples of Framework Provider in a sentence

  • If the Provider:- notifies the Contracting Body that it declines to accept an Order; or the time-limit referred to in Clause 1.7 has expired; then the offer from the Contracting Body to the Provider shall lapse and the relevant Contracting Body may offer that Order to another Services Framework Provider.
