Framework Purchaser means those bodies listed in Schedule 3 hereto that may wish from time to time to procure Plumbing Services from Framework Service Providers pursuant to this Framework Agreement;

Examples of Framework Purchaser in a sentence

  • Such policy shall include an indemnity to each Framework Purchaser as principal.

  • The Supplier undertakes that it will properly instruct its staff on the absolute need to maintain privacy and confidentiality of all matters affecting the business of the Framework Purchaser or any persons doing business with the Framework Purchasers or in any way arising from documents or records of any kind which may come under the hand of the Supplier or its staff while engaged by a Framework Purchaser.

  • It is acknowledged by all parties that the Supplier will at all times be an independent contractor, and nothing in this Framework Agreement will be construed (and the Supplier will not hold out its relationship) as constituting a partnership, joint venture, representation, agency or employer and employee relationship between any Framework Purchaser and the Supplier.

  • Such policy shall include an indemnity to each Framework Purchaser as principal in accordance with Clause 14.

  • Each Framework Purchaser may retain or set off against the Price any amount owed to that Framework Purchaser by the Supplier on any account whatsoever.

  • Any registrable interest involving the Supplier (and any subcontractor or agent as the case may be) and the Framework Purchaser, or their relatives must be fully disclosed to the Framework Purchaser immediately upon such information becoming known to the Supplier and to comply with the Framework Purchaser’s directions in respect thereof, to the satisfaction of the Framework Purchaser.

  • The rights of each Framework Purchaser pursuant to this Clause shall be without prejudice to any other rights it may have under this Framework Agreement or at law, including the right of termination.

  • Each Framework Purchaser shall be responsible for awarding Framework Contracts in accordance the Mini-Competition Procedure and KCC shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever or howsoever arising from the award of any Framework Contract or outcome of a Mini-Competition.

  • Each Purchase Order shall constitute a separate Framework Contract and default by a Framework Purchaser or Provider in relation to any one purchase order shall not entitle the other to treat such as a breach of the entire Framework Agreement and/or terminate this Framework Agreement.

  • The Supplier acknowledges that the security of the Local Authorities and the State and its information is of paramount important to the Framework Purchaser.

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.

  • First purchaser means the first buyer of a manufactured item that contains ferrous or nonferrous metal in a retail or business-to-business transaction. A person that purchases scrap metal, or other property described in section 10, in violation of this act, or an automotive recycler, pawnshop, scrap metal recycler, or scrap processor is not considered a first purchaser.

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of this Framework;

  • The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.

  • Third Party Buyer means any Person other than (i) the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (ii) any employee benefit plan of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (iii) the Investors or (iv) any Affiliates of any of the foregoing.

  • U.S. Purchaser means any purchaser of the Offered Securities that is, or is acting for the account or benefit of, a person in the United States, or any person offered the Offered Securities in the United States.

  • Takeout Investor means any institution which has made a Takeout Commitment and has been approved by Buyer, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Purchaser Affiliate means any affiliate of the Purchaser, including a transferee who is an affiliate of the Purchaser, and any person who controls the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act; and

  • Buyer Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Power Purchaser means the entity that is purchasing the capacity and energy to be transmitted under the Tariff.

  • Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
