Freedom Center definition

Freedom Center means Freedom Center Residential Treatment Center located at 8101 Dublin Road, Delaware, Ohio, and any facility that is built to replace or supplement Freedom Center Residential Treatment Center.
Freedom Center means National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Inc., an Ohio non-profit corporation.

  • Service charges or fees to be paid by others who are not parties to this Agreement or who are not residents of Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Manassas or students or staff of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will be established so that access to the Freedom Center by these others will not substantially impair or restrict the use of the Freedom Center by residents of Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Manassas and the students and employees of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • The Parties agree to enter into discussions eighteen (18) months prior to expiration of any term of this Agreement to address the future of the Freedom Center.

  • Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Manassas may also promote and market the Freedom Center programs and services and may take advantage of opportunities to promote the Freedom Center through appropriate mention of the facility, its programs and operation in connection with their public information programs.

  • The Advisory Board will review and participate in developing a business plan for the Freedom Center.

Related to Freedom Center

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Shorelands or "shoreland areas" means those lands extending landward for two hundred feet in all directions as measured on a horizontal plane from the ordinary high water mark; floodways and contiguous floodplain areas landward two hundred feet from such floodways; and all wetlands and river deltas associated with the streams, lakes, and tidal waters which are subject to the provisions of this chapter; the same to be designated as to location by the department of ecology.

  • Serving Wire Center (SWC) means a Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a third party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Primary highway means a state trunk line highway as designated, or as may hereafter be so designated, by the state highway department, and approved by the United States secretary of transportation, pursuant to the provisions of title 23 of the United States code.
