Freeze Date definition

Freeze Date means the later of December 31, 2019, or the end of the month during which the Eligible Executive reaches 35 years of Credited Service.
Freeze Date means January 1, 2019.
Freeze Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in section 2.03(a) hereof.
