French Employees definition

French Employees means, as of any determination time, each Business Employee employed in France.

French Employees means those individuals whose names are set out in Part A of SCHEDULE 11 (Employees) being the persons who are employed by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx SA and are engaged in the Transferring Business;

French Employees means those Employees employed by Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics S.A.S.

Examples of French Employees in a sentence

• The purpose of this Section is to specify the applicable rules to Options for French Employees and shall not be applicable to any other Employee of the Company.

More Definitions of French Employees

French Employees means the Persons who immediately prior to the Closing Date will be located in Caen, France and will be employed primarily or exclusively in the Operations by any member of the Seller’s Group (including the Company), and who will transfer voluntarily to the Purchaser’s Group, effective upon Closing, [*].

French Employees means those persons as the same are listed in Schedule 2 Part C as of the Effective Date (subject to any such employees resigning or being terminated prior to Completion) and shall include those employees employed by the Sellers prior to Completion in accordance with Clause 5.1 below;

French Employees means those Assumed Employees of the French Business;

French Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.08(c)(ii)(A).

French Employees means those individuals with whom Crown Xxxxxx France SAS or Crown Astra SAS maintains on the Closing Date an employer-employee relationship (including any individual on disability, vacation or other approved absence) and also shall mean those other individuals with whom Seller or any entity controlled by Seller maintains on the Closing Date an employer-employee relationship and who are listed on Schedule 1.1(iv).
