Transferring Business means the Med-Mal Business as carried on by the Transferor on the Scheme Effective Date insofar as it comprises the Transferring Policies, the Transferring Assets, the Transferring Liabilities and the Transferring Contracts;

Transferring Business means all the insurance and reinsurance business of Britannia, comprising:
Transferring Business means part of the Long Term Business, undertaking and activities carried on by the Transferor immediately prior to the Scheme Effective Date in relation to the Transferring Policies, the Transferring Assets and the Transferring Liabilities, but excluding for the avoidance of doubt, the Excluded Assets and the Excluded Liabilities;
Transferring Business means the entire business of SVB UK Branch carried on prior to the Transfer Date that does not constitute Excluded Business, together with all business ancillary thereto and all assets, rights, liabilities, transactions or arrangements held by or on behalf of SVB UK Branch from time to time, including without limitation all activities, information, records, products and services carried on in connection with or for the purposes of any such business;
Transferring Business means the UK portfolio of general insurance and reinsurance business of the Transferor to be transferred to the Transferee pursuant to this Scheme, together with all activities carried on by the Transferor in relation or in connection thereto, and the Transferring Assets and the Transferring Liabilities, in each case to the extent not previously transferred to the Transferee on or following the relevant Subsequent Transfer Date, but in all cases excluding the Excluded Policies, Excluded Assets, Excluded Liabilities, Residual Policies, Residual Assets and Residual Liabilities;
