French Guarantor definition

French Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated in France.
French Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
French Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.09(f)(i).

  • Any interest due by any French Guarantor and unpaid under the Finance Documents (including any default interest accrued pursuant to Clause 10.5 above) shall be compounded on an annual basis in accordance with the provisions of article 1343-2 of the French Civil Code.
