French Guarantor definition

French Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated in France.

French Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in France that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.

French Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 7.09(f)(i).

• However, where such Subsidiary is not incorporated in France, the amounts payable by the French Guarantor under this paragraph (c) in respect of obligations of this Subsidiary as Borrower and/or Guarantor, shall be limited as set out in paragraph (b) above.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any payment made by a French Guarantor under this clause (B) shall reduce the Maximum Guaranteed Amount by the amount paid.
