French Subsidiaries means the French AWI Subsidiary and the French WAVE Subsidiary;
French Subsidiaries means Subsidiaries of the Company that are organized under the laws of France and the share capital of which is at least 10% held by the Company (directly or indirectly) at the Date of Grant;
French Subsidiaries means each Subsidiary (other than any Inactive Subsidiary or Immaterial Subsidiary) that is organized under the laws of the France or any political subdivision thereof, whether state or local.
