License holder means an individual, corporation, partnership, governmental unit, association or any other entity to whom a license was issued under Iowa Code chapter 137C, 137D or 137F.
Octopus Holder means a user of an Octopus who may be an AAVS Account Holder or who has linked his/her Octopus to an AAVS Account in the name of one of his/her family members or friends;

Valid Third Party Entity In respect of any transaction, any third party that the Calculation Agent determines has a bona fide intent to enter into or consummate such transaction (it being understood and agreed that in determining whether such third party has such a bona fide intent, the Calculation Agent shall take into consideration the effect of the relevant announcement by such third party on the Shares and/or options relating to the Shares and, if such effect is material, may deem such third party to have a bona fide intent). Nationalization, Insolvency or Delisting: Cancellation and Payment (Calculation Agent Determination); provided that, in addition to the provisions of Section 12.6(a)(iii) of the Equity Definitions, it will also constitute a Delisting if the Exchange is located in the United States and the Shares are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on any of the New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or their respective successors); if the Shares are immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on any of the New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or their respective successors), such exchange or quotation system shall thereafter be deemed to be the Exchange. Additional Disruption Events: Change in Law: Applicable; provided that Section 12.9(a)(ii) of the Equity Definitions is hereby amended by (i) replacing the phrase “the interpretation” in the third line thereof with the phrase “, or public announcement of, the formal or informal interpretation,” (ii) replacing the word “Shares” with the phrase “Hedge Positions” in clause (X) thereof and (iii) inserting the parenthetical “(including, for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, (x) any tax law or (y) adoption, effectiveness or promulgation of new regulations authorized or mandated by existing statute)” at the end of clause (A) thereof. data holder means a legal person or data subject who, in accordance with applicable Union or national law, has the right to grant access to or to share certain personal or non-personal data under its control;
licence holder means any person who is licensed for street trading under Part III of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 as amended.

Third Party Owner means any person who is the legal or beneficial owner (including a Lessor) of any Assets used or occupied by, or in the possession of the Deed Company as at the Appointment Date.

Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.
Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.
Third Party Buyer means any Person other than (i) the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (ii) any employee benefit plan of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (iii) the Investors or (iv) any Affiliates of any of the foregoing.
Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;
Third Party Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5(a) hereof.
Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.
FTR Holder means the PJM Member that has acquired and possesses an FTR.
BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.
Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.
or "Holder The Person in whose name a Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register, except that a Disqualified Organization or a Non-United States Person shall not be a Holder of a Residual Certificate for any purposes hereof and, solely for the purposes of giving any consent pursuant to this Agreement, any Certificate registered in the name of the Depositor or the Master Servicer or any Affiliate thereof shall be deemed not to be outstanding and the Voting Rights to which it is entitled shall not be taken into account in determining whether the requisite percentage of Voting Rights necessary to effect any such consent has been obtained, except as otherwise provided in Section 11.01. The Trustee and the NIMS Insurer may conclusively rely upon a certificate of the Depositor or the Master Servicer in determining whether a Certificate is held by an Affiliate thereof. All references herein to "Holders" or "Certificateholders" shall reflect the rights of Certificate Owners as they may indirectly exercise such rights through the Depository and participating members thereof, except as otherwise specified herein; provided, however, that the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer shall be required to recognize as a "Holder" or "Certificateholder" only the Person in whose name a Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.
Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
Ticket Holder means any individual possessing, holding or using a Ticket, including (without limitation) the Ticket Purchaser or any person to whom the Ticket was issued or transferred;
Source holder means a housing or assembly into which a radioactive source is placed for the purpose of facilitating the handling and use of the source in well-logging operations.
Non-U.S. Holder means a Holder that is not treated as a United States person for U.S. federal income tax purposes as defined under Section 7701(a)(30) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.
Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.
