Front Setback Line definition

Front Setback Line means a line drawn parallel to and as far back from the front lot line adjacent to the street right-of-way as is necessary to provide for the Front Setback. See Figure 01 and Figure 02 appended to this Ordinance.
Front Setback Line means the distance required to be maintained from the street line to the nearest part of any existing building or structure on a lot or in the case where there is no building or structure on the lot, the distance required by the Zoning By-law for any building to be constructed.
Front Setback Line means the distance between the street right of way line on which a Lot fronts and the nearest setback line parallel thereto and shall extend between the side Lot lines.

Examples of Front Setback Line in a sentence

  • Outside runs, holding pens or other open-air type enclosures and shelters shall be located behind the Front Setback Line and located at least 200 feet from any Dwelling Unit other than the Owner’s and at least 50 feet from Contiguous property lines.

Front Setback Line means the imaginary line extending across the full width of a lot , parallel with the Front Lot Line between which no building, structure, or portion thereof shall be permitted, erected, constructed, or placed except a front porch, bay window, or Architectural Projections.
