Fronting Authority definition

Fronting Authority means the authority conferred upon the Reinsurer and its designees to write Fronted Contracts, which shall expire on December 31, 2013.
Fronting Authority means the authority conferred upon the Reinsurer and its designees under this Agreement to write Fronted Policies.
Fronting Authority means the authority conferred upon the Buyer, GMAC Re and the Reinsurer under the Fronting Agreement and Administration Agreement to write Fronted Contracts.
