The needs for gasoline and ADO in excess of those granted through coupon have to be fulfilled by purchase at APMS (Agen Premium Milik Swasta, Privately Owned Fuel Agent).
Vendor Agent means any person mandated by a prime vendor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the prime vendor and thereby acquire rights for the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture against CIPC or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture in favour of CIPC or an organ of state.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
