Fuel procurement plan means those policies, procedures and protocols, developed by MMWEC and revised by MMWEC from time to time to provide guidance and direction for the acquisition, transportation and/or storage of fuel supplies for the Project and the optimization of the pricing, scheduling or other aspects of the fuel supply agreements and fuel transportation agreements used to supply fuel for the Project, including commodity xxxxxx and other financial or derivative products entered into or procured as part of the cost of fuel, in all cases subject to the then applicable policies and procedures established by the Risk Oversight Committee or the MMWEC Board of Directors, as the case may be.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
