Fugitive dust means solid airborne particulate matter emitted from any source other than a flue or stack.
Fugitive dust emissions means particulate matter from process operations that does not pass through a process stack or vent and that is generated within plant property boundaries from activities such as: unloading and loading areas, process areas, stockpiles, stock pile working, plant parking lots, and plant roads (including access roads and haul roads).
Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
Switchover means transfer of units of one scheme of UTI MF to another scheme of UTI MF wherever permissible.

Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program or "MS4 Program" means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations and the Act and attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
Control Centre means the location at which ISI sets up the control access and monitoring of the database and processing functions of the ISI Service.
Credit Control means all the functions relating to the collection of monies owed by ratepayers and the users of municipal services.
Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
Quality control means the total of all activities performed by the Design-Builder, Designer, Construction Inspection Professional Engineering Firm and the Materials Testing Firm or Laboratory, subcontractors, producers or manufacturers to ensure that the Work performed by the Design-Builder conforms to the Contract requirements. For design, Quality Control activities shall include, but not be limited to, procedures for design quality, checking, design review including reviews for constructability, and review and approval of Working Plans. For construction, Quality Control activities shall include, but not be limited to, procedures for materials handling and construction quality, inspection, sampling and testing of materials both on site and at the plant(s), field testing of materials, obtaining and verifying Materials Certifications, record keeping, and equipment monitoring and calibration, production process control, and monitoring of environmental compliance. Quality Control also includes documentation of all QC design and construction efforts. The Scope of Work to be performed as part of the Quality Control task may be changed after the RFQ Phase.
Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.
