Fulfillment Fees definition

Fulfillment Fees means the fees set forth on Exhibit A that are payable by the Company to the Service Provider in partial consideration for the services provided by the Service Provider.
Fulfillment Fees means the dollar amount of the fees, based on a percentage of Par as set forth on Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time, to be paid by the Company to the Service Provider in consideration for the Fulfillment Services.

Examples of Fulfillment Fees in a sentence

  • Order Fulfillment Fees offset the costs associated with generating key orders.

  • On or before the tenth (10th) Business Day of each month, the Service Provider shall provide the Company with a report identifying all Mortgage Loans purchased by the Company from a Correspondent during the prior month, the aggregate unpaid principal balance of such Mortgage Loans, the aggregate Fulfillment Fees paid by the Company to the Service Provider during such month and, as applicable, the aggregate Purchase Prices paid by the Service Provider to the Company during such month.

Related to Fulfillment Fees

  • Upfront Fees means, with respect to any Receivable, the sum of any fees charged by Holdings or the Receivables Account Bank, as the case may be, to a Receivables Obligor in connection with the disbursement of a loan, as set forth in the Receivables Agreement related to such Receivable, which are deducted from the initial amount disbursed to such Receivables Obligor, including the “Origination Fee” set forth on the applicable Receivable Agreement.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Agent Fees has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(c).

  • Consent Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all fees actually paid by a Mortgagor with respect to any consent or approval (or review thereof) required or requested pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents that does not involve a modification evidenced by a signed writing, assumption, extension, waiver or amendment of the terms of the Loan Documents.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means October 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through February 10, 2014.

  • Commitment Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(a).

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Upfront Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Accrued Servicing Fees based upon the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Repurchase Payment for any Repurchased Receivable as of the last day of any Collection Period, means the sum of the Principal Balance thereof as of the beginning of such Collection Period plus interest accrued thereon through the due date for the Obligor’s payment in such Collection Period at the related APR, after giving effect to the receipt of monies collected on such Repurchased Receivable, if any, during such Collection Period.

  • Cash Advance Fees shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for cash advance fees or similar terms.

  • Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.

  • Recruitment fees means fees of any type, including charges, costs, assessments, or other financial obligations, that are associated with the recruiting process, regardless of the time, manner, or location of imposition or collection of the fee.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Fee Payment Date (a) the third Business Day following the last day of each March, June, September and December and (b) the last day of the Revolving Commitment Period.

  • Management Fees means, with respect to each Project for any period, an amount equal to the greater of (i) actual management fees payable with respect thereto and (ii) three percent (3%) per annum on the aggregate base rent and percentage rent due and payable under leases at such Project.
