Fulfilment Request definition

Fulfilment Request means a request that you submit to us (in accordance with the standard methods for submission prescribed by us) to fulfil one or more Multi-Channel Fulfilment Units. "Multi-Channel Fulfilment Units" has the meaning in Section F-2.

Examples of Fulfilment Request in a sentence

  • We also may ship Units separately that are included in a single Fulfilment Request.

  • As part of our fulfilment services, we will ship Units from the inventory of Your Products in connection with a particular Amazon Site to the shipping addresses in the applicable Amazon Site Country included in valid customer orders, or submitted by you as part of a Fulfilment Request.

Related to Fulfilment Request

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Data Subject Request means a written request made to us/received by us on behalf of a Data Subject to exercise any rights conferred by Data Protection Law’

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
