Full Board of Directors definition

Full Board of Directors means the total number of Directors constituting the entire Board of Directors as determined in accordance with this Certification of Incorporation.
Full Board of Directors means the total number of directors who would comprise the Board of Directors if there were no vacancies.
Full Board of Directors mean the total number of directors that the Corporation would have if the Board had no vacancies.
