Final delivery certificate means the document issued by the COE confirming that all the known defects have been rectified and that the works, goods or services appear in good order and have been accepted;
Quarterly Certificate has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(i) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Certified check means a check accepted by the bank on which it is drawn. Acceptance may be made as stated in subsection (1) or by a writing on the check which indicates that the check is certified. The drawee of a check has no obligation to certify the check, and refusal to certify is not dishonor of the check.
Delay Delivery Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
Monthly Certificate has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(b) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
Certified means certified as a true copy of the original by a commissioner of oaths appointed under section 5, or designated under section 6, of the Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of Oaths Act, 1963 (Act No. 16 of 1963);
Certified mills means the lesser of 18 mills or the number of mills of school operating taxes levied by the district in 1993-94.
Certified seed means foundation and registered seed handled under procedures acceptable to the Department of Agriculture and Forestry to maintain satisfactory genetic purity and identity as defined according to the standards of the official seed certification agency having jurisdiction in the area of production.
Delay Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Solvency Certificate means a Solvency Certificate of the chief financial officer (or the equivalent thereof) of Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2.
Availability Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Annex 3 hereto, appropriately completed and duly signed by your Authorized Officer.
Certified Firm means a small business certified under ORS 200.055 by the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) as minority-owned businesses, woman-owned businesses, businesses that service-disabled veterans own, and emerging small businesses.
Incumbency Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3(b) hereof.
Occupancy Certificate means the occupancy certificate, or such other certificate by whatever name called, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any building, as provided under local laws, which has provision for civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity;
Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Non-Delay Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
Funds Flow Statement means a funds flow statement in agreed form.
Certified teacher means a person who is certified as a teacher
Certified operator means the solid waste facility operator or an employee of such operator who is present at the facility and oversees or carries out the daily operations authorized through this Permit, and whose qualifications are currently certified in accordance with Section 22a-209-6 of the RCSA.
Tax Compliance Certificate as defined in Section 5.9.2(b)(iii).
Tax credit certificate means a certificate issued by the office that:
Acceptance Certificate (11/18) means a written instrument by which the City notifies Contractor that a Deliverable has been Accepted or Accepted with exceptions, and Acceptance Criteria have been met or waived, in whole or in part.
Principal Only Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Pro Forma Adjustment Certificate means any certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Borrower delivered pursuant to Section 9.1(h) or setting forth the information described in clause (iv) to Section 9.1(d).
Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.
