Fully Certified definition

Fully Certified means products or technology that meet all mandatory portions of the applicable Adopted Specifications and are accordingly Certified in accordance with Section8. If the Adopted Specifications contain optional components, and the product or technology incorporates the optional components, then the products or technology must also meet the optional specifications of such Adopted Specifications.

Fully Certified means an appliance that has attained certification with full CE/UKCA status by undergoing testing by a 3rd Party Notified Body, including all essential requirements of the Gas Appliance Regulations (GAR) plus erciency and emissions standards.

Examples of Fully Certified in a sentence

  • The Board of Directors shall take the decision to recognize products as Fully Certified products on the basis of the results of the evaluation carried out by the Test Provider.

  • Final delivery certificate means the document issued by the COE confirming that all the known defects have been rectified and that the works, goods or services appear in good order and have been accepted;

  • Occupancy Certificate means the occupancy certificate, or such other certificate by whatever name called, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any building, as provided under local laws, which has provision for civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity;

  • Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Tax Compliance Certificate as defined in Section 5.9.2(b)(iii).

  • Acceptance Certificate (11/18) means a written instrument by which the City notifies Contractor that a Deliverable has been Accepted or Accepted with exceptions, and Acceptance Criteria have been met or waived, in whole or in part.
