Fully Developed and Improved Lot definition

Fully Developed and Improved Lot means any lot in the Property, regardless of proposed use, intended to be served by the Public Improvements and for which a final plat has been approved by the City and recorded in the Real Property Records of Matagora County, Texas.
Fully Developed and Improved Lot means any privately-owned lot in the Project, regardless of proposed use, intended to be served by the Authorized Improvements and for which a final plat has been approved by the City and recorded in the Real Property Records of Parker County.
