Functional Availability definition

Functional Availability is defined as the number of hours in the reporting period that the applications/interfaces are available to users. “Scheduled Availability” is defined as the number of hours in the reporting period that the applications/interfaces are scheduled to be available. Functional Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 21.5 of the Technical Provisions.
Functional Availability means the percentage of time that a System, subsystem, Product, device, component, or process is able to perform in full accordance with its functional and performance requirements with regard to a particular aspect of its overall operation.
