Following receipt of a Fund Company Presentation Notice, each Member shall respond in writing (each, an “Investment Response Notice”) within thirty (30) days (the “Review Period”) indicating whether it accepts (an “Accepted Acquisition”) or rejects (a “Rejected Acquisition”) such investment opportunity.
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 2.6(f).
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Contribution Notice means a contribution notice issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 38 or section 47 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Retraction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(c).
Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);
Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.
Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank or any similar or analogous notice from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: ≤$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ≥$250,000,000 ten Business Days
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;
Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
