Fund of Funds Advisory Group definition

Fund of Funds Advisory Group means any and all investment advisers of the Fund of Funds, any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Fund of Funds Adviser, and any investment company and any issuer that would be an investment company but for Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of the 1940 Act that is advised by the Fund of Funds Adviser or any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a Fund of Funds Adviser.
Fund of Funds Advisory Group as used herein, shall consist of JNAM and any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with JNAM, and any investment company (including the Funds of Funds) and any issuer that would be an investment company but for Sections 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of the Act that is advised by JNAM, or any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with JNAM.
Fund of Funds Advisory Group as used herein, shall consist of PLFA and any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with PLFA, and any investment company (including the Funds of Funds) and any issuer that would be an investment company but for Sections 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of the Act that is advised by PLFA, or any person controlling, controlled by, or under common control with PLFA.

  • Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.

  • Investment Advisory Agreement means an agreement under which Company or a Company Subsidiary acts as an investment adviser or sub-adviser to, or manages any investment or trading account of, any Client.

  • Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services means a portfolio management services under which the Portfolio Manager, subject to express prior instructions issued by the Client from time to time in writing, for an agreed fee structure and for a definite described period, invests in respect of the Client’s account in any type of security entirely at the Client’s risk and ensure that all benefits accrue to the Client’s Portfolio.

  • Fundserv means the facility maintained and operated by Fundserv Inc. for electronic communication with participating companies, including the receiving of orders, order match, contracting, registrations, settlement of orders, transmission of confirmation of purchases, and the redemption of investments or instruments.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Determination Date means the “determination date” (or any term substantially similar thereto) as defined in the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
