Funded System definition

Funded System means a System with respect to which a payment under the MESPA has been financed or, in the case of the Systems that were in operation on the Closing Date, refinanced with the proceeds of the Notes hereunder.

Examples of Funded System in a sentence

  • For each Funded System at a Site, all necessary shared infrastructure at such Site necessary for installation of such Funded System, including without limitation the “BOF Work” for such Site, as such term is defined in the MESPA, shall have been completed, as certified by the Independent Engineer in the Independent Engineer’s Drawdown Certificate.
