Funded System definition

Funded System means a System with respect to which a payment under the MESPA has been financed or, in the case of the Systems that were in operation on the Closing Date, refinanced with the proceeds of the Notes hereunder.
Funded System refers to any System against which a Loan has been advanced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.
