Funder Agreement definition

Funder Agreement means the agreement (if any) between the Funder (if any) and the British Council relating to the provision of the funding out of which the Grant is made;

Funder Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(c).

  • Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which the British Council may have, the British Council may terminate this Agreement without liability to the Recipient immediately on giving notice to the Recipient if: the Recipient uses the Grant or any part of it other than for the Project; the Funder Agreement is terminated for any reason; there is a change of Control of the Recipient; or the funding for the Grant is otherwise withdrawn or ceases.
