Funds Available for Distribution definition

Funds Available for Distribution means funds from operations (net income, computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, excluding gains or losses from debt restructuring and sales of property, plus depreciation and amortization) minus non-revenue generated capital expenditures and debt principal amortization, as determined by the Board of Directors on a basis consistent with the policies and practices adopted by the Corporation for reporting publicly its results of operations and financial condition.
Funds Available for Distribution means, on a cash basis, FFO plus amortization and minus the aggregate amount of capital expenditures and principal payments on Indebtedness.

Funds Available for Distribution as applied to any Person (and without duplication) means (i) Net Income, MINUS (ii) Capital Expenditures, PLUS (iii) depreciation and amortization, but only to the extent deducted in the calculation of Net Income.
