Further Planning Permission definition

Further Planning Permission means a planning permission relating to the Land (including outline planning permission and any planning permission pursuant to section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) obtained by or for the Tenant or any of the Tenant's successors in title to the Property.
Further Planning Permission means the grant of permission to which a Further Planning Application relates;

Related to Further Planning Permission

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.
