GRANT OF PERMISSION. Landowner grants to Licensee the right to access the property described in Exhibit A solely for the purpose of hunting [insert name of game species], which may be found on and harvested from the property. Licensee shall not assign or otherwise convey any rights granted by this agreement to other persons without the expressed written consent of the Landowner.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. In consideration of Licensee’s promises contained in the Agreement, Licensor gives permission, which is revocable and terminable as provided below, to Licensee to enter on the real property of Licensor described below for the purpose of using it for camping, parking of recreational vehicle or camper or other temporary living quarters, all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, all of which Licensee promises to comply and abide with. The term of this license shall commence and end on such other dates as specifically agreed to in writing by the parties. The parties may, by their mutual agreement, extend the term of this Agreement from year to year for one-year extensions.

I hereby agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the RELEASEES from losses, liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, settlements, injunctions, suits, actions, proceedings, demands, charges, fines, penalties, costs and expenses of every kind and nature, including reasonable fees, expenses and disbursements of attorneys, accountants and other professionals imposed upon, asserted against or incurred by any RELEASEE in connection with, arising out of or relating to (i) any Released Claim or (ii) the Events, in each of (i) and (ii), whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise and including and/or arising out of MY improper and/or tortious conduct in connection therewith. I fully acknowledge and understand that I have taken it upon MYSELF to be fully informed of the numerous risks and potential dangers associated with COVID-19, including SUFFERING SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH. I acknowledge that I have been informed that my PERSONAL SAFETY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. I acknowledge that my participation in the Events are completely voluntary, and I believe that the potential benefits of participation and/or services provided outweigh the risk and danger associated. I acknowledge that THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO BE FULLY SEVERABLE, and that if any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance the Agreement shall continue in full legal force and effect. GRANT OF PERMISSION. I/we the undersigned (if minor, parents or guardian) hereby grant permission and authority to CRBC, its officers and authorized employees, agents, or volunteers to act for us in executing verbal instructions or if unable to contact us, to act for us in dealing with physicians, available ambulance companies and hospitals, to obtain, prompt medical attention for the participant named above in the event of any perceived medical emergency. I hereby covenant and agree to release CRBC, its Deacons, employees, agents, volunteers, and/or officers and hold harmless from liability for any injury or damage sustained while participating in the activity listed above, or participating in any activity sponsored by CRBC and from any liability connected with obtaining prompt medical attention for the named above. It is further understood that I will be responsible for the costs of all medical services obtained pursuant to this authorization. GRANT OF PERMISSION. The Client agrees to purchase the use of the Hospitality Facility on the Specified Event Date. In consideration of the Payment, the Club permits the Client to use the Hospitality Facility on the Specified Event Date on and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
