GRANT OF PERMISSION. Landowner grants to Licensee the right to access the property described in Exhibit A solely for the purpose of hunting [insert name of game species], which may be found on and harvested from the property. Licensee shall not assign or otherwise convey any rights granted by this agreement to other persons without the expressed written consent of the Landowner.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. In consideration of Licensee’s promises contained in the Agreement, Licensor gives permission, which is revocable and terminable as provided below, to Licensee to enter on the real property of Licensor described below for the purpose of using it for camping, parking of recreational vehicle or camper or other temporary living quarters, all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, all of which Licensee promises to comply and abide with. GRANT OF PERMISSION. 2.1 Subject to the Organiser’s compliance with the terms of this Permit and the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Commission hereby grants permission to the Organiser to organise the Event on Commission Land at the Location(s) and on the Date(s) and at the Event Time(s) specified in clause 1.
2.2 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Commission, the Commission’s tenants and/or landlords or other persons having an interest in the Location(s) (including, without limitation, all holders of contracts to provide services to the Commission) are likely to be affected by the Event, the Commission shall notify the Organiser of such not less than three months prior to the first Event Date. The Organiser shall (not less than 28 days prior to the first Event Date) give written notification to all such persons of the Event. In the event that the Commission requires permission for the Event from any such person, the Commission will use all reasonable endeavours to obtain such permission. In the event that such permission is refused, the Commission may revoke any permission already granted, in which case clause 2.4.1 will apply.
2.3 The Commission shall ensure that:
2.3.1 all relevant Commission staff are notified of the Event, the Event Date(s), the Event Time(s) and the Location(s) to be used for the Event; and
2.3.2 the Organiser is notified of any alterations made by the Commission to the permitted routes for the Event and all other areas to be utilised by the Organiser in connection with the Event in the period between the issuing of this Permit and the first date of the Event. The Commission recognises that the Event Safety Plan may have to be revised as a result of any changes made by the Commission; and
2.3.3 the Organiser is informed in advance of any speed limits in force on any roads to be used during the Event;
2.4 The Commission reserves the right to:
2.4.1 revoke permission for the use of any route, at any time by notice given to the Organiser in writing, and require the Event to be cancelled or rerouted. This right will be used only in exceptional circumstances and wherever possible the Commission will make every effort to provide an alternative route. If any Event is cancelled because permission has been so revoked no compensation will be paid by the Commission to the Organiser or any other persons; and
2.4.2 deny access to Commission Land or any part thereof to any person or persons whatsoever whose presence whether during the Event or Trainin...
GRANT OF PERMISSION. Lessor gives permission, revocable and terminable as provided below, to Lessee to enter on the real property of Xxxxxx described below during the Term (as defined below) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to which Lessee agrees.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. In consideration of Camper’s promises contained in the Agreement, SSC hereby gives permission, revocable and terminable as provided below, to Camper to enter on the real property of SSC described below for the purpose of using it for camping or other recreational use, all on the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, all of which Camper promises to comply and abide with.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. 2.1.1. The City hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to enter and use the ROW and/or Municipal Facilities located in the ROW identified and approved in each Site Supplement. Such license grants Licensee the authority to attach, install, construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace, upgrade, reattach, reinstall, and remove Licensee Poles and/or Small Wireless Facilities, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2.1.2. This Agreement does not confer any other rights not described herein nor does it permit Licensee or any third parties to use the ROW for purposes not specified in this Agreement.
2.1.3. This Agreement only grants authority to enter and use the ROW for the development and maintenance of Licensee’s small cell network, which encompasses the deployment of communications sites within the small cell network but provides a smaller coverage area than traditional macrocells. This Agreement does not grant any approvals or authorize Licensee or any entity to install equipment and facilities associated with macro wireless towers.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. I agree and consent to the use of my name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, video and/or motion pictures of MYSELF and/or my property by the Atlanta Cricket League and/or its agents. I hereby grant permission to the Atlanta Cricket League and/or it’s agents to use, and/or reproduce my name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, video and/or motion pictures of MYSELF and/or my property and that you may distribute and exhibit these throughout the world without charge or restriction. I hereby release the Atlanta Cricket League and/or it’s agents from any and all claims for damages based on the use of said name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, video and/or motion pictures.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. I/we the undersigned (if minor, parents or guardian) hereby grant permission and authority to CRBC, its officers and authorized employees, agents, or volunteers to act for us in executing verbal instructions or if unable to contact us, to act for us in dealing with physicians, available ambulance companies and hospitals, to obtain, prompt medical attention for the participant named above in the event of any perceived medical emergency. I hereby covenant and agree to release CRBC, its Deacons, employees, agents, volunteers, and/or officers and hold harmless from liability for any injury or damage sustained while participating in the activity listed above, or participating in any activity sponsored by CRBC and from any liability connected with obtaining prompt medical attention for the named above. It is further understood that I will be responsible for the costs of all medical services obtained pursuant to this authorization. In connection with participation in the above listed event/activity, I/we the undersigned, (if minor, parents/guardian) hereby grant to CRBC, its successors and those acting under its authority the right to use participant’s name, image, and/or interviews in all forms of media including advertising and related promotion. I/we grant this right without compensation and release CRBC, its successors and those acting under its authority from any claim that may arise regarding such use, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity or copyright. GRANT OF PERMISSION. The Client agrees to purchase the use of the Hospitality Facility on the Specified Event Date. In consideration of the Payment, the Club permits the Client to use the Hospitality Facility on the Specified Event Date on and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
GRANT OF PERMISSION. The County hereby grants permission (which is revocable and terminable as provided below) to the Salvation Army to enter onto the Property of the County described below for the purpose of using the License Area (defined below) for the storage of one
(1) modular unit in six (6) separate sections. The modular unit sections shall be stored on cribbing approximately three feet (3’) above the ground consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. No construction materials or other materials shall be stored in conjunction with the modular unit sections. The Salvation Army shall, at its expense, procure every permit, license, certificate, or other authorization required in connection with the Salvation Army’s lawful and proper use of the License Area. This permission is granted for the purpose specified above and no other purpose. Should the Salvation Army use or attempt to use the License Area for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the County, the permission granted herein shall terminate immediately. The Salvation Army shall be responsible for any snow removal from and on the License Area during the Term as needed for The Salvation Army use.
