Future Improvement Areas definition

Future Improvement Areas means those Future Improvement Areas to be defined and developed after Improvement Area #1 within the boundaries of the PID on that portion of the Property shown on Table II-D and described in Appendix B.
Future Improvement Areas means the property within the District, excluding Improvement Area #1. Future Improvement Areas may be developed in phases after Improvement Area #1.
Future Improvement Areas means the Improvement Areas of the Property that do not include Improvement Area #1 or Improvement Area #2.

  • A map of the property that will comprise the Future Improvement Areas is depicted on Exhibit B-1.

  • As Future Improvement Areas are developed, this SAP will be amended to determine the Assessment for each Parcel or Lot located within such Future Improvement Areas (e.g. an appendix will be added as the Assessment Roll for Future Improvement Areas).

  • It is anticipated there will be two additional Future Improvement Areas within the District.

More Definitions of Future Improvement Areas

Future Improvement Areas means the property within the Major Improvement Area of the District, consisting of approximately 383.102 acres within the District. Future ImprovementAreas may be developed in phases after Improvement Area #1 and Improvement Area #2 of the Project. The Future Improvement Areas are subject to adjustment and are shown for example only.
Future Improvement Areas means those Improvement Areas to be defined and developed after Improvement Area #1, and within the boundaries of the PID (but which are not subject to development at this time).
Future Improvement Areas means the property within the District, excluding Improvement Area #1, as depicted on the map on Exhibit “B-4” consisting of approximately 609 acres within the District. Future Improvement Areas may be developed in phases after Improvement Area #1, as generally depicted in Exhibit “B-4.” The Future Improvement Areas are subject to adjustment and are shown for example only.

  • Maximum medical improvement means a point in time when any medically

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
