FWC Qualified Settlement Fund definition

FWC Qualified Settlement Fund means the FWC Qualified Settlement Fund described in the settlement agreement approved by the court in In re Flint Water Cases, No. 5:16-cv-10444-JEL-MKM (ED Mich).
FWC Qualified Settlement Fund shall be a fund established within the meaning of Treas. Reg. § 1.468B-1, and that will be established for purposes of Defendants paying or causing to be deposited the Settlement Amount.

  • All interest earned by the FWC Qualified Settlement Fund or the Sub-Qualified Settlement Funds shall become and remain part of each such Fund and may be used to pay any fees and expenses incurred to implement this Settlement Agreement.

  • Two (2) percent of the net funds paid into the FWC Qualified Settlement Fund according to the terms of the Settlement Agreement in In re Flint Water Cases, No. 5:16-cv-10444-JEL-MKM (E.D. Mich.) will be distributed into a Programmatic Relief Qualified Settlement Fund.

Related to FWC Qualified Settlement Fund

  • Gross Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus all interest earned thereon.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) Court-awarded attorneys’ fees and expenses; (ii) Notice and Administration Expenses; (iii) Taxes; and (iv) any other fees or expenses approved by the Court.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Non-Qualified Stock Option means any Stock Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Structured settlement means an arrangement for periodic payment of damages for personal injuries established by settlement or judgment in resolution of a tort claim or for periodic payments in settlement of a workers’ compensation claim.

  • Structured settlement obligor means, with respect to any structured settlement, the party that has the continuing obligation to make periodic payments to the payee under a structured settlement agreement or a qualified assignment agreement.

  • Structured settlement payment rights means rights to receive periodic payments under a structured settlement, whether from the structured settlement obligor or the annuity issuer, where:
