FX Definitions definition

FX Definitions means ISDA 1998 FX and Currency Option Definitions published by ISDA;
FX Definitions means the 1998 FX and Currency Option Definitions, published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., as amended, up to and including the date of the applicable Final Terms.
FX Definitions has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a).

Examples of FX Definitions in a sentence

  • Terms defined in the FX Definitions shall have the same meanings in this Part 6.

  • The 1998 FX and Currency Option Definitions (the “FX Definitions”), published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., the Emerging Markets Traders Association and The Foreign Exchange Committee, are hereby incorporated by reference with respect to FX Transactions (as defined in the FX Definitions) and Currency Option Transactions (as defined in the FX Definitions).

  • In the event of any inconsistency between provisions contained in the 2006 Definitions and the FX Definitions, the FX Definitions shall prevail.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the FX Definitions, this Agreement will prevail.

  • Section 3.6(c) of the FX Definitions is hereby amended by deleting the words “equal or” from the fifth line and by replacing the words “the product of (i) one percent of the Strike Price multiplied by ( ii ) the Call Currency Amount or the Put Currency Amount, as appropriate” with “zero”.

  • Any amendments or successor definitions to the 1998 Definitions are incorporated into this Master Confirmation with respect to each NDF Transaction that has a Trade Date that falls on or after the effective date of such amendments or successor definitions, and are referred to herein (together with the 1998 Definitions) as the FX Definitions.

  • Reference is hereby made to the 2000 ISDA Definitions (the "2000 Definitions") and the 1998 FX and Currency Option Definitions (the "FX Definitions") (collectively the "ISDA Definitions") each as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., which are hereby incorporated by reference herein.

  • Article 3, Section 3.4 of the FX Definitions is hereby amended by the addition of the following as a new paragraph (c) of the FX Definitions.

  • It will also prohibit all transboundary movements to States not included in that Annex of hazardous wastes covered by paragraph 1 (a) of Article 1 of the Convention that are destined for reuse, recycling or recovery operations.

  • Any confirmation, whether created by an exchange of facsimiles, SWIFT messages, or electronic messages on an electronic messaging or matching system, between Morgan Stanley and the undersigned relating to an FX Transaction, whether or not it is expressed to be, shall constitute a confirmation and, unless Morgan Stanley and the undersigned expressly agree otherwise, will be deemed to incorporate the FX Definitions.

  • FBF Definitions means the definitions set out in the June 2013 FBF Master Agreement relating to transactions on forward financial instruments as supplemented by the Technical Schedules (Additifs Techniques) as published by the Fédération Bancaire Française (together the FBF Master Agreement) as may be supplemented or amended as at the Issue Date.

  • High Definition means Linear Broadcast of Television Channel in any resolution that is 1080 vertical lines of resolution or less (but at least 720 vertical lines of resolution) and 1920 lines of horizontal resolution or less (but at least 1280 lines of horizontal resolution).

  • Definitions In this Agreement:

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • 2006 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the 2006 ISDA Definitions (as supplemented, amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of such Series) as published by ISDA (copies of which may be obtained from ISDA at www.isda.org);

  • ISDA Definitions means the 2006 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any successor thereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor definitional booklet for interest rate derivatives published from time to time by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or such successor thereto.

  • Certain Defined Terms As used in this Agreement, the term "Prospectus" means the applicable Portfolio's prospectus and related statement of additional information, whether in paper format or electronic format, included in the Portfolio's then currently effective registration statement (or post-effective amendment thereto), and any information that we or the Portfolio may issue to you as a supplement to such prospectus or statement of additional information (a "sticker"), all as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Defined Terms As used herein:

  • Modified Restructuring Maturity Limitation Date means with respect to a Reference Obligation, the date that is the later of (x) the Scheduled Maturity Date of the Notes and (y) 60 months following the Restructuring Date in the case of a Restructured Bond or Loan, or 30 months following the Restructuring Date in the case of all other Reference Obligations.
