FX Page definition

FX Page means such page or other part of a particular information service as may be specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, or such other page or other part as may replace it on that information service or on another information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to such rate.
FX Page means, in respect of each Underlying Currency (i), the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service Screen Page set out in the relevant row of the column "FX Page" in the table under the definition of "Underlying" below (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, as determined by the Calculation Agent).

Examples of FX Page in a sentence

  • If such rate does not appear on the FX Page or such FX Page is not available at the relevant time, the foreign exchange rate shall be the spot exchange rate of the Currency Pair, expressed as a number of the First Currency per Specified Unit of the Second Currency, that appears on the Fallback FX Page as of the FX Rate Determination Time on the relevant FX Rate Determination Date.

  • If such rate does not appear on the Fallback FX Page or such Fallback FX Page is not available at the relevant time the relevant Spot Exchange Rate of the Currency Pair shall be determined by the Calculation Agent in its discretion acting in good faith, having taken into account relevant market practice.

  • In the event the Spot Rate for such Local Currency cannot be determined by the Master Servicer because the relevant exchange rate does not appear on any Reuters World Currency Page or applicable Bloomberg BGN FX Page for such currency as set forth in the definition of Spot Rate, then the Spot Rate shall be determined by the Administrative Agent and notified to the Seller and the Master Servicer in accordance with such definition.

  • Notional redemption from the Leveraged Index shall be converted into EUR amounts on the day of notional receipt by reference to the exchange rate on the Reuters FX Page at 11.00 am (London time) on that day.

Related to FX Page

  • FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;

  • Reuters Page USDSOFR= means the Reuters page designated “USDSOFR=” or any successor page or service;

  • Reuters page means the display on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, on the page or pages specified in this prospectus supplement or the relevant pricing supplement, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or LIBOR02 page, as specified in applicable pricing supplement, on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service (or any successor service) (or any replacement page or pages on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor service on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed).
