FX Transaction means any transaction for the purchase by one party of an agreed amount in one Currency against the sale by it to the other party of an agreed amount in another Currency.
VWAP Trading Day means a Business Day.
Close of Trading means the Scheduled Closing Time of the Relevant Stock Exchange with respect to the Fund or any Successor Fund; and
Relevant Market means the market for overnight cash borrowing collateralised by US Government securities.
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Recognised Market means any stock exchange or market specified in the Prospectus provided that, with the exception of permitted investments in unlisted securities and off- exchange derivative instruments, investment in securities or financial derivative instruments will be made only in securities or financial derivative instruments listed or traded on an exchange or market (including derivative markets) which meets the regulatory criteria (regulated, operating regularly, recognised and open to the public) and which is listed in the Prospectus.
Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.
spot market means any commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, as well as other non financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities.
FX means the fixing of the FX Exchange Rate as published 2 p.m. Frankfurt am Main local time by the Fixing Sponsor on the FX Screen Page (or any successor).
NYMEX means the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Day-Ahead Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.
Recognised Futures Exchange means an international futures exchange which is recognised by the SFC or which is approved by the Manager.
published market means, for a class of securities, a marketplace on which the securities have traded that discloses regularly in a publication of general and regular paid circulation or in a form that is broadly distributed by electronic means the prices at which those securities have traded;
Relevant Interbank Market means the London interbank market.
Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.
Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.
Margin Trading means Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having far less funds on the Trading Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.
Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.
Stock Index Futures Contract means a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck.
Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.
Free Trading means that (a) the shares or certificate(s) representing the applicable shares of Common Stock have been cleared and approved for public resale by the compliance departments of Lender’s brokerage firm and the clearing firm servicing such brokerage, and (b) such shares are held in the name of the clearing firm servicing Lender’s brokerage firm and have been deposited into such clearing firm’s account for the benefit of Lender.
Approved Market means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Stock Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the American Stock Exchange.
Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.
