Game Card definition

Game Card and "Bingo Game Card" means a Regular or Special Bingo Card.
Game Card means any Game Card in a Scratch It Game issued to a Distributor by Pan European Gaming Ltd and sold or otherwise distributed by the Distributor in an authorised manner.
Game Card means a tangible, intangible or virtual card containing a unique code (or other unique xxxx) corresponding to a fixed amount of Game Points.

  • The GotSoccer Game Card will be the used as the official Team Match Day Line-Up prior to each Conference match, and the official Match Report following each Conference match.

More Definitions of Game Card

Game Card means the tangible card containing a unique code (or other unique mxxx) of which shall be generated by HBS, corresponding to a fixed length of play time for a single Account to connect to the Game Local Servers. Users may only access the Local Servers by using valid Game Cards generated by the Licensee. All Game Cards shall expire after their fixed length of play time has passed and in any event all Game Cards will expire upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. Expiration of all Game Cards terminates HBS’s support obligations. Unless specified otherwise in this Agreement reference to Game Cards shall also refer to Online Virtual Game Cards.
Game Card means a bingo card that is used by a player in a game of bingo;
Game Card means the tangible card containing a unique code (or other unique xxxx) corresponding to either (i) a fixed amount of Game Currency (“Game Currency Card”); or (ii) a fixed length of play time for a single Account to connect to the Game Local Servers (“Game Time Card”). As used herein, unless specified otherwise, the term “Game Card” shall be deemed to include Online Virtual Game Cards.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.

  • Game birds means wild birds that shall not be hunted except

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • VAR means value-at-risk.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.
